The hair needs some minor fixes as some parts don't quite make sense. This is noticeable in the top left where the two different spliced sources meet. The ear also does not look like an actual ear, you should either check a reference or other FE sprites. His neck also looks a bit large. The colors used on the scarf don't have enough contrast, make the dark shade darker and the light shade lighter, and consider using a third color to blend them in.
Hopefully the obese squirrel distracted you....you may see new mugs now.
You should either remove the eye entirely or uncover it, it doesn't look good otherwise. There's also a stray skin tone near the neck/scarf that shouldn't be there.
The scarf has the same color problem as the first mug.
Your use of dark colors makes it difficult to determine what the shading is. You should pick lighter colors for your lightest shades. His neck might also be a bit long.
The purple tones stand out too much and are too saturated, and your red tones don't have much contrast. You also need to fix the right part of the collar, which is missing an outline.
The second shade of red is too close to the lightest. Her chin is awkwardly formed, and her neck is misplaced on her body. You should move everything above the neck more to the right.
