So yeah, there's this thing called Lost Odyssey, y'all should play it. By Mistwalker, headed by creator of Final Fantasy Hironobu Sakaguchi, who, by god, still has it, as proven with this game. Heard Last Story wasn't all that though. What I find funny is that all the people making music for the new Final Fantasy games do not come close the the quality of Nobuo Uematsu, and instead produce cookie-cutter, vapid crap. Uematsu's work on Lost Odyssey is great, amazingly not much different from his earlier work at Square except for the instrumentation. Just goes to prove massive orchestras aren't what make a song great.

Ironically I've been listen to a lot of VGM lately, so I guess I could talk about some of my favorite tracks.

Also, I'd just like to say that Smash Bros. WiiU has some fantastic remixes, definitely the best SSB soundtrack to date.
