Another year, another thread.

Thrice- To Be Everyewhere is to be Nowhere

Wolves at the Gate- Types & Shadows

Wet- Don't You

School of Seven Bells-SVIIB

Lapsley- Long Way Home

Dustin Kensrue- Thoughts That Float on a Different Blood

The Joy Formidable- Hitch

Frightened Rabbit- Painting of a Panic Attack

The Lumineers- Cleopatra

Band of Horses- Why Are You Ok?

Silent Planet- Everything was Sound

Arkells- Morning Report

Young the Giant- Home of the Strange

The Dear Hunter- Act V

Norma Jean- Polar Similar

Needtobreathe- Hard Love

It was a good year. Also one honorary mention of sorts goes to Good Kid. They didn't put out an album this year, but released their very first two songs ever, and they're two of my all-time favourite songs ever, and I'm so pumped for them to release a full album.

The Dillinger Escape Plan - Dissociation (RIP)

I shed many a tear.

Still haven't listened to the album yet though. I need to.

I've noticed this year that I've almost totally moved away from metal/hordcore as a whole. There were only three or four albums this year I actually listened to (WatG, Norma Jean, Silent Planet, MAYBE Thrice, but not really), everything else was just alternative/indie.
