Some mysterious power is fiddling with the time stream, bringing villains back from the dead. The Militaristic Empire of Skyne is planning to invade the neighboring country of Arcenis, whose army was devasted by a massacre from a poisoned river. The King, Hyris, is dead. His son calls able men and women to arms.
That's gist of the conflict.
Here are the countries:
The Skyne Empire- This Millitaristic Country is famed for its army's powress, and being the nesting groups for wyverns. the northern half is rather mountainous.
Arcenis Kingdom- Filled with serene plains, this Kingdom has prospered in a golden reign by the Sage King, Hyris. It is famed for its nomads on the southern plains
The Theocracy of Junil- This country is well know for its mages, and is the center of religion on Urthia(The whole land's name.) However temperature can change very rapidly.
The Island of Dracea- This Island country is home to the manaketes, and other like them. However it is a peaceful place, joining wars when directly attacked.
The Guplain Republic- The country elects the leader every seven years, and most of it is mountainous forcing many people to be mercenaries to support themselves.
The Kilov Isles- This archipelago of islands to the north support a massive population on Pegasi. The cold makes it hard to grow crops so many women turn to mercenary work.
